Across the river, at the Thomas Cole House the"River Views of the Hudson River School" exhibit is on display. Artists included in the show are Thomas Cole, Sanford Gifford and Jasper Cropsey. A series of guided hikes are also available to view where the paintings were set. The exhibit runs until October 11, 2009.
