Trick or Treat at participating Warren Street businesses from 4-5 pm; Meet at Fifth & Warren at 5:15 pm for parade kickoff at 5:30 pm; Parade moves down Warren Street to Promenade Hill Center, 11 Warren Street; All ages costume contest at 6 pm; Operation Pumpkin with haunted house and refreshments at Promenade Hill Center from 6:15-8 pm
