Congratulations to illustrator and artist Barbara Nessim who was named the first recipient of the Norman Rockwell Museum Artist Laureate Award! The award recognizes Barbara's dedication, support and her artistic accomplishments over the years. Barbara's book jacket illustration for Women & Madness is part of the Museum's permanent collection.
